North Andover – Ruth (Rogers) Moore, age of 98, of Methuen, beloved spouse of the late Man T. Moore, Sr. and devoted mom of Janis Margaret Moore and Man T. Moore Jr., handed peacefully December 23, 2022, on the Prescott Home of North Andover, Massachusetts.
Born in Lawrence, she was a graduate of Lawrence Excessive College the place she graduated with Distinction, and a graduate of the McIntosh Enterprise College. She was an attendant of St. Monica’s Church of Methuen.
After graduating from highschool, she labored as Secretary to the Vice President of Deal with {Hardware} Company. Then she labored as Secretary-Receptionist at Champion Worldwide Paper Firm, and as an Stock Management Operator at Raytheon in Andover, Massachusetts the place she retired in 1984.
In her earlier years, she was a widely known singer who participated in native minstrel exhibits, Gilbert and Sullivan Operettas, and a soloist at many church features. She met her greatest buddy of 92 years, Anna Ruth (Abate) Sullivan of Lawrence, in kindergarten.
She loved singing, music, gardening, cooking, and most of all, her beloved household.
She is survived by her daughter Janis Moore of Vermont, son Man T. Moore Jr. of Burlington, and plenty of nieces and nephews.
