Christians collect at Jantar Mantar in Delhi to protest towards ‘assaults on church buildings’

New Delhi, Feb 19: Members of the Christian group staged a protest at Jantar Mantar right here on Sunday towards alleged “assaults on church buildings, violence and arrests” in several components of the nation.
“We’re being accused of forcibly changing folks to Christianity. Church buildings are being attacked, our individuals are being overwhelmed up and arrested. The group members live in a continuing state of panic,” Steven from Uttar Pradesh stated.
He claimed that the nation noticed “525 circumstances of atrocities towards the members of the group in 2021 and 600 circumstances in 2022”.
“In Uttar Pradesh, the variety of such circumstances elevated from 70 in 2020 to 183 in 2022,” he claimed.
Shivpal from Fatehpur in Uttar Pradesh alleged that the state police has been arresting folks over allegations of compelled conversions.
